What to Expect

Your photography session is meant to be a fun and relaxed expeience from our initial consult, right through to the delivery of your fine art photography collection. I strive to provide you with the highest quality of customer service while guiding you through styling each and every session. In home ordering sessions are always available and I love designing custom wall groupings for you to choose from!

To book your session simply navigate to the "Booking" page and choose the session and date that best fits your needs.
When you do, I'll be notified and will be contacting you shortly!
We will set up a convenient time to chat about styling and your expectations via phone or e-mail.
I'll arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment.
Previews will be up on social media within 48 hours, I know how anxious waiting can get!
Your entire collection will be delivered with all the instructions you need by e-mail within 2 weeks.
We can set up an in person ordering session, or you can select your digital files and shop for professional grade prints and products from your online gallery.
A link to download your digital files will be emailed to you, and your printed products will be delivered by mail.

Behind the Lens

There was a time when the very thought of attempting to convey "who I am" in a few sentences would have seemed like the most impossible task. I might have given you some really nice facts about the gear that I use or perhaps some interesting insight on my history and experience in the industry. I am happy to tell you that I giggle and call myself a "Chaser of Light". My daughter and sweet boys will never comprehend the appreciation I have for them being my trial subjects from the very beginning, the less than perfect photos I have as a result not only remind me how far I have come- but of course bring back so many incredible memories that we made on those beautiful adventures we took looking for the perfect pockets of golden light. I will be forever grateful to my husband for playing a key role in carrying out so many of my elaborate visions, and apologize to him in advance for the hundreds that are sure to follow. I want my current and future clients to know that when I photograph your family it is so important to me to connect with you and your children, that it means something to me when I get the pleasure of seeing them grow. Free time, for me, is spent mostly with my husband, children, and relatives in and around the Houston area. At home I like to create in just about any way- I sew, embroider, applique, paint, and cook quite often. I have been known to sing and dance without any shame what so ever. My photography journey came hand in hand with being a mom and I have come to realize that what drives me in every way is the comfort in knowing that I am preserving every precious moment I can for myself, and for my clients. The emotional tug of war that is watching your kids grow: battling internally with wanting to keep them little, but reveling in seeing them flourish can be finally settled. You can feel good knowing that you have archived this moment and you will have it to enjoy for an eternity. With every Bride and Groom who so carefully select me to document their wedding comes an intense sense of honor. I do not take this most important day of your life lightly, and I know you do not either. I could not even begin to describe what that means to me, or more importantly-what it does for my soul. My photographs have become a part of me and this journey has given me the ability to see who I am and utilize the talents I was Blessed with. I could not be more grateful for this opportunity that you give me each and every time you allow me to capture your milestones.
